I honestly couldn’t recommend Pam enough, as she is the easiest person to talk to that I have ever encountered. Pam has the ability to listen and then to gently ask you one or two questions which open up a lot more within you. Transactional Analysis Therapy
Through therapy we will work together to discover your own problem solving behaviours, whilst helping you to develop skills and tools for finding solutions that work for you.
Management of Depression and Anxiety
During therapy we will spend time uncovering your anxious and depressive thoughts and feelings you experience. You will learn to acknowledge, accept and challenge them so that you can understand the likelihood and reality of these deep rooted thoughts and fears and develop strategies to feel more in control.
